The Giacoletto Foundation is devoted to awarding grants exclusively for public, charitable purposes, with preferences given to those that support higher education and lifelong learning.

Grants will only be awarded to a federal sate or local government entity or to an organization which qualifies as exempt within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. No distribution will be made to private individuals or corporations, and the foundation shall be the sole judge of the qualification of applicants and may restrict funds to ensure the compliance of federal guidelines.
